Good afternoon my lacquered lovers! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! It was rainy in New York so since I was inside, I went on a swatchathon! Be prepared for some awesome posts this week!
First up, I have SIX Wet N Wild Fast Dry Nail polishes! Well, 5 since I already showed you one but I'm throwing it in here too since it fits with the collection! What I love about all these polishes is that their names are plays on older TV shows so they make me laugh when I read them! Now, on to the polish!
Above: Teal or No Teal
First up is Teal or No Teal, a gorgeous shimmery turquoise (sorry, to my eye it's more blue!). The formula on this was a bit sheer so on my pointer and ring finger I did a coat of Wet N Wild Black Cream before Teal or No Teal to see what would happen. I love it! I ended up only doing one coat of Teal or No Teal and the black made it this deep almost duochrome turquoise that's just beautiful. The middle and pinkie fingers have 3 coats of Teal or No Teal and all visible nail line was gone. I loved layering this because on its own, it is a summer color and layered it becomes a fall/winter polish!
Above: Sage in the City
I've been having some bright/light green issues lately so I was a bit apprehensive to try this one but luckily, I was pleasantly surprised! Sage in the City doesn't lean too yellow so it doesn't make my skin look sickly like some other greens I recently tried. This is a gorgeous apple green shimmer that was fully opaque in just 2 coats (which surprised me since Teal or No Teal needed 3) and the shine was just great! This is a great polish if you are looking for some brighter greens to have in your stash!

I am in love with this color. There, I said it! This is the PERFECT hunter green! I can't wait to wear this color in the fall. It's a true jewel toned green, rich and shimmery, opaque in two coats, just stunning. I think the pictures speak for themselves!
Above: Gray's Anatomy
Sadly, not all nail polishes can be winners. It's not that there is anything wrong with Gray's Anatomy, it just looked so pretty in the bottle that when it was on the nail, it didn't live up to the hype I created for it. This was three coats and there was still some visible nail line on the nails that didn't have a black coat first. In the bottle, it's a gorgeous grey/purple/green duochrome but on the nail, it was very sheer. I tried layering it over black but then it lost almost all of the green shades and it was streaky! I think I'll have to try it again and layer it over a grey, but this was definitely my least favorite of the bunch.
Above: Blue Wants To Be a Millionaire
Ah another one I love! First off, let me apologize for not being able to get a shot of this in the sun during the rainy weekend because it's HOLOGRAPHIC! Yay! A light blue filled with holographic glitter, it's like Wet N Wild read my mind, took my favorite things and created me a nail polish. The formula is a bit sheer so on two nails I layered it over one coat of Barielle Berry Blue which is a deep navy and the sparkles made it so pretty! Even on its own it is gorgeous but required three coats and there was still a bit of visible nail line. All in all, this polish is a keeper!

Last but not least, here are the pictures again of Buffy the Violet Slayer. To read the full review, click HERE
All in all, I am a huge fan of these polishes! The formula on a few were a bit thin but can easily be built up. Even the ones with three coats dried very fast and shiny without a top coat! Now I haven't had a chance to do a wear test yet but I'm really looking forward to wearing these colors, especially SaGreena The Teenage Witch! Wet N Wild can be found at most drugstores so go check them out!
What are your favorite Wet N Wild Colors?
DISCLOSURE: Four of the above polishes were sent to me for review, the other two were bought by me. For more information on my disclosure policy, please go HERE
