Good morning my fellow lacquered lovers! Happy Wednesday to you all! I hope you're having a lovely week so far. The holiday season is starting to get busy so what better way to kick it off than a giveaway? But first, I have some new polishes to show you today!
LAQA & Co is a brand I've featured on the blog before with their nail polish pens. Now, they have expanded into regular nail polish bottles as well! Now, without further ado, on to the polish!
Above: 2 coats of Ankle Biter
First up is Ankle Biter. Seriously love the name and the packaging has a dinosaur skull on it! This polish is described as being a rose gold but I find it to be more of a bronze on the nail. I love how much depth this shade has! The formula was great, opaque in two coats and easy to use.
Above: 2 coats of Chubs
Chubs is a gorgeous light gold shimmer polish. It almost borders on a foil but without the streaks that can sometimes happen with a foil polish! I love how rich and sparkly it looks! The formula was great, opaque in 2 coats and easy to use!
Above: 2 coats of Plonk
Last up is Plonk! What a funny name! Plonk is one of those deep, dark reds that has a lot of chocolate brown to it. It's like a more brown version of Essie Wicked. In certain lightings it almost looks black! I love these rich kind of shades for Winter! The formula was good, opaque in 2 coats and dried pretty quickly!
All in all, I liked these polishes! While I had a hard time with the LAQA pens because it was hard to control how much came out, these polishes in bottles are super easy to use and the formulas are great. These polishes and more are available now on the LAQA & Co website for $12.50 each. But WAIT! We're not done!
The lovely people behind LAQA & Co. are hosting a giveaway for TEN lucky winners! Each winner will receive a bottle of Chubs (pictured above) and their newest polish, Greedy Guts, a gorgeous bright red! Just fill out the Rafflecopter form below to be entered to win. This giveaway is open to residents in the US only.
